1. Information We May Collect

Account information

If you create or use a Glory account, we may process an account identifier, username or display name, authentication information, and information needed to maintain your account.

Gameplay and service data

We may process game progress, match history and results, rankings, inventory, settings, in-game actions, room or session information, and other data required to provide multiplayer and persistent game features.

Device, network, and diagnostic data

We may collect or receive technical information such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language, connection information, crash reports, error logs, and performance diagnostics. This data is used for security, troubleshooting, fraud or abuse prevention, and service improvement.

Purchase information

If in-app purchases are available, payment processing is handled by the relevant platform provider, such as Google Play. We may receive transaction identifiers, purchase status, product information, and other information needed to confirm and deliver a purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

2. How We Use Information

• To create, authenticate, and maintain player accounts.
• To provide gameplay, matchmaking, multiplayer, progression, and online features.
• To save player progress, inventory, settings, and game state.
• To detect cheating, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems.
• To analyze crashes, latency, performance, and reliability.
• To provide customer support and respond to player requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

3. Service Providers

Glory may use third-party infrastructure and platform providers to operate the game. Depending on the build and platform, these may include:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and backend services.
• Google Cloud Platform — hosting, server, networking, and infrastructure services.
• Google Play services / Google Play Billing — platform functionality and purchase processing on Android where applicable.

These providers may process information on our behalf according to their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or our services, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction.

4. Advertising and Sale of Data

We do not sell personal information. The current version of Glory is not intended to use third-party advertising SDKs. If advertising practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the game, maintain accounts, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Some security, transaction, or diagnostic records may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where reasonably necessary or legally required.

6. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your Glory account by contacting us at stech_jie@hotmail.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account. We may request reasonable verification before processing a request.

When a valid account-deletion request is completed, account data will be deleted or anonymized except for information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

8. International Processing

Glory is intended for players in multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed or stored in countries other than your own, subject to applicable data-protection requirements and the safeguards used by our service providers.

9. Children's Privacy

Glory is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
